You can delete your Olive Shoots account and your family’s data at any time. Because Olive Shoots shows no ads and uses no third-party tracking, the only information we hold is what you create — and you can have all of it removed.

How to request deletion

Email support@appstackly.com from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll verify the request, permanently remove your account and your family’s data from our servers, and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your account and sign-in credentials (your email, and any Google or Apple sign-in link).
• Your display name, profile photo, and the family member profiles you created.
• Your family’s calendar events, tasks, categories, and completion history.
• Point balances and rewards.
• Any photos you added (such as member avatars) and your app settings.

Child profiles have no separate accounts — they are part of your family’s data and are removed along with everything else. Deletion is subject only to the limited retention required for legal, security, or backup purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
